• Working as a language head for Bengali.

• This project involves a repository of linguistic resources in all Indian languages in the form of text, speech and lexical corpora.

• My work covers a wide spectrum of all the fields of the speech technology.

• Worked as a coordinator of Local Language Programme under LDC-IL. This project basically involved in Localization of Operating System and Windows Live for 11 languages in collaboration with Microsoft.

January 2007 – May 2008   Validation and Lexical Build Project, CIIL, Mysore, Karnataka, India

Position: Resource Person for Bengali

• Worked as a Bengali Resource Person for the Validation Project in collaboration with Microsoft.

• Also worked as a lexicographer in a bilingual dictionary (English – Bengali) for the Pearson- Longman group.

March 2006 – January 2007  CIIL- Motorola Spoken Corpora, CIIL, Mysore, Karnataka, India

Position: Junior Resource Person

• This project was relation with speech data collection for Indian English and Hindi from all the metro cities.

• Participated in field works, annotations, transcriptions of the data required for the project.

Oct  2005 – March 2006   Nepali-Bengali Bilingual Dictionary Project, CIIL, Mysore, Karnataka, India

Position:  Resource Person

• Worked as a lexicographer in a bilingual dictionary (Nepali – Bengali).

• Final work was submitted to CIIL for publication.
